(Official Release) ATLANTA, GA, June 4 2025 — Outside The Wire Productions has issued a formal copyright infringement notice to Forever Records following the unauthorized and altered use of an original photograph captured on August 26th 2024 by Torrance Saunders, Strategic Operations Lead and Creative Director at the company.

The image was used without permission, license, or credit to the author—as the cover artwork for Domani’s The Lock In • ATL EP. Following this unauthorized use, Forever Records presented a work-for-hire agreement that would have transferred full copyright and authorship rights of the photograph and all works associated to them, effectively removing all ownership and credit from Outside The Wire Productions, which were declined.

To assert authorship and safeguard the integrity of the original work, Outside The Wire Productions has minted the unedited, original photo as a 1-of-1 Strategic Digital Asset, creating verifiable and immutable proof of ownership on the blockchain. A formal cease and desist letter has been delivered through legal counsel, requiring Forever Records to cease all unauthorized use and distribution of the copyrighted photograph.

“We believe in protecting the integrity of creative work and holding all parties accountable when that integrity is violated. This move is about more than one image it’s about setting a standard,” said Torrance Saunders.

Outside The Wire Productions is actively pursuing all appropriate legal and digital avenues to have the unauthorized image removed from promotional materials and streaming platforms. The company also reserves the right to seek damages under federal copyright law.
